Students should be exposed to ways to use the technology for taking notes and it was recommended that teachers use one of the note taking tools; Inspiration, Bubble.us, or webnotes.
The second technology recommendation would be to use technology two different ways, for research and for publishing using Microsoft Publisher.
Rationale for recomendations:
1st Recommendation
8.7% of the students had never used technology for the purpose of note taking
life-long skill and as these students continue through their education it is not impossible to believe that they will have some sort of technological device for use during class time

Limitations:
Newer technology was not addressed in these recommendations
Students wanted to use the technology, it was felt that teachers might not follow through with its use if they weren’t comfortable themselves.
Blogging, audacity and other web 2.0 tools, should be addressed early in the next school year
